The Chef

Chef Joe Piscitello has been working in the food industry for over 27 years. He resides in the outskirts of Milwaukee, WI.

My favorite child memory growing up was the smell of red sauce cooking every Sunday, coming in after playing all day and the love my mom put into her cooking...

At the age of 15 I knew wanted to bring to life those childhood memories in professional craft that I've mastered after 27 long hard years putting the work in and getting where I wanted to be. I earned a degree in the Culinary arts program at Milwaukee Area Technical College. I worked my way to Executive Chef running Meriter Hospital food program, to opening my own restaurant in 2009, then relocated to South Carolina, where I was the executive Chef for Boeing through Compass Group, and then a private in home Chef for Indigenous Cuisine where I learned Southern Cooking at its best.

I am now moved back where it all started. My passion and love for food will speak for itself.

Allow me to join you at your table for an UNFORGETTABLE experience.
