Fishing
Not only is Mondeaux Dam beautiful, it is a great place to fish for Muskies, Large Mouth Bass (5-6lbs!) and Northerns. In 2003 there was a 17" Crappie caught that weighed more than 2 lbs 10 oz.!
If you want to keep your kids busy there are many Bluegills, sunfish and perch that can be caught right off shore.
Bait (worms, waxies & crawlers) is available for sale in the lodge and if you decide you would like to get out on flowage to fish or just explore we have canoes, rowboats and paddleboats and a pontoon boat available for rental.
